I've yet to see a panel where Sakazuki rants to people about believing the Celestial Dragons are actual Gods, I'm afraid.

There's acknowledging their sovereignty, but not liking them, as Sakazuki does and then there's this loon.

Teach shouldn't have ACoC tho (he probably will end up with it because Lolda), and there's no reason to believe he's awakened yet
