Lmao, why are you acting like red dog Akainu is some random man who got drafted or joined to protect his hometown in the war? If nothing else, Akainu is an enthusiastic defender of the World Government, this isn't up for debate.

That's what I'm saying, though? That Sakazuki believes in Justice, the World Government and all that jazz...just not for the dickheads running it.

He believes in a "world government" that explicitly has the founding mythology of the 20 kings being Gods who created the world, which is what Aramaki said. The only difference is that Akainu(possibly) has some sort of private dislike for the modern day world nobles, but he sure as hell doesn't mind maintaining the system that keeps them at the top.

Again, the distinctions you're making are just arbitrary. As Zoro said, COC is for people who are either captains or captain like.

But being an Admiral doesn't also automatically mean you have it. Could Kuzan have it? It's certainly possible...but not when he was in the Marines as he basically became a jaded washout after Ohara. Borsalino doesn't have it because he was like Kuzan after Ohara, just a cog in the machine, in his own words (that, and no showcase of it versus Luffy), and I argue Aramaki doesn’t have it because he's a idiotic fanatic to a group of people who obviously aren't what he thinks.

And there is NO way in Hell that Gion and Tokikage have it.
