Honestly it is amazing the two came so far WITHOUT mastering Conquerors Haki.

I don't think so. ACoC is a baseline top tier ability and pretty much just the entry ticket.

Every other solid top tier will have it aswell + awakened top of the verse devil fruits, their own signature haki specs/special talents etc.

In my opinion they will start to become more exceptional after their next major PU, what's prolly going to happen against the Blackbeard pirates.
