I don'tt know about Shiryu. He has no narrative importance such as "wings of the pirate king" nor "the moon to Shanks' sun" or whatever it was called + mutliple partner like relationship showcases.
And that right hand man rule already does not add up thanks to King.

I mean I don't really care if Shiryu has it. He's just someone I would not bet on having it.

(I only included Kong here because he's done literally nothing and so I don't think he deserves Conq Haki just because of that)

That's fair. We'll see as time goes on. I wouldn't be surprised if Kong is too irrelevant to show it but I expect a former Fleet Admiral to have had it. As for the others, we'll see. I have Van Auger since I expect Usopp and Yasopp, same for Pizarro based on Sanji but it's not necessary. Nami would be a bit much I'll admit.

Only when you conveniently word it exactly like that it gets a little more nuance and even then it's not convincing in my opinion.
Cause darkness & hell is not even commonly associated with each other explicitly.
On the nose connections are hell/demons/fire, themes that Sanji & Zoro f.e. share.

At the end of the day he was just the corrupt warden of a prison and Blackbeard likely has two more DFs besides the yami no mi anyway.

Jinbei is too wishy washy to ever have coc to be honest. He always works best when he is serving someone. He is like the ultimate henchman. He was sworn to the king of Fishman island, then Fisher tiger, then when he became a captain he started serving the Marines/WG and WB, then went on to serve BM and finally Luffy. He is always looking for the next big guy to bend the knee too. He is what Law was refering to in Punk Hazard when he said the only way to survive the new world is by either going under an emperor or going against them.

Plus he is like mid 40s.

im only including him because it makes fishmen as a race look like dogshit if he doesnt have it. "strongest fishman", "jinbe's strength is mythic", he tames animals etc. if he doesn't have it no fishman on the planet has it.

Koby, Momo , Sai , Cavendish
Garling, Shamrock, Beckmann, Mihawk, Crocodile, Buggy, Blackbeard
Akainu, Aokiji
Maybe many more someone like Chinjao has it after all.
We know it is genetic.
Doffy for example has it from one of his parents even though they are weak.
Sanj has it most likely from his mother
But if you follow what Rayleigh said: those who made names for themselves have mostly CoC.
So you can assume the majority of Schichibukai has it or at least you can assume at least they have the qualifications for it.
Those with known epithets most likely are kings.

Iva the Okama king or Miracle worker
Koby the hero
Etc.
I think it just every CoC user manifested his haki about something.
