Issue with Zoro and Sanji getting aCOC so quickly is that it makes the like of Kuri and Doffy seem like turboscrubs and I'm not sure that was Oda's intent.

I would maybe buy that it was intentional if it weren't for Yamato. The fact that Yamato knows ACOC implies that there will never be another character in the story who doesn't realize that ACOC exists while having COC, and it doesn't seem like that's been contradicted since. Also, learning ACOC seems as easy as tying your shoes based on what we've seen on panel.
