I don't think Sanji will came out as a woman next chapter, but there is enough setup form the spark of a form of acceptation. In which case, Sanji could come to term with his identity at the very and of the story.

But that is only if Sanji's identity crisis has something to do with his feminity, which would be an exceptionnal developpment. I think the rationnal thing to expect is simply an acceptation of self within the realm of his traumas. Finding a way not to scrap a part of his autodestructive behavior.

People headcanoning Sanji somehow coming out as gay were just projecting their own personal feeling on the character. Sanji and femininity is actually a really interesting theme Oda's been exploring for a while with Sora, Pudding, his simping for all females, etc...

If you read the manga and follow Ippo's arc, you will know what Sanji weakness' is.

Sanji's a kind man who would rather sacrifice himself than force others to take accountability for their actions, he can't cross the line to becoming a monster, just like Ippo.

Ippo, Conan, HxH, One Piece, and JoJo are never going to properly conclude. I've accepted that reality a long time ago.

JoJo has a decent chance of reaching a proper conclusion since it's an anthology of sequential parts, and Araki can just not draw another part, and One Piece has a slim chance of making it to the finish line since Oda has a chance of living for 10-12 more years. But Conan, Ippo, and HxH? We'll probably have to read the endings through whatever AI slop the publishers churn out after their unfortunately inevitable passing of the authors.

We give Oda shit for the breaks, but mangaka tend to be pretty unhealthy people as a rule. Togashi's back is totally fucked as well.
