Sanjis is. Zoros, been called the stupidest straw hat since the east blue so I’m not shocked.

You have to remember WCI was less than a month ago, yes the Straw Hats love Sanji, and consciously Sanji knows that and knows they want him to live. That’s why he’s not actively suicidal or anything, everything Sanjis working on now is all subconscious cause it’s a trauma response. Sanji doesn’t even realize he’s doing it.

So yes this is a logical next step:
WCI -> Show Sanjis Trauma and show the SHs love him like a second family
Wano -> Sanji shows that because of that love he’s willing to become whatever is most useful to Luffy
Elbaf -> Sanji becomes this version as he learns that the version most helpful to Luffy, is the version of Sanji that loves himself

Yall want the character arcs to be too quick
