If it weren't for the regen hax, it would've been a one panel fight. And the reason Sanji was getting hit was explained in this chapter, read the summary where Iva is telling him he won 30 consecutive fights, but let himself get hit way more than his opponent. It's just a different development journey for Sanji, so it's not fair to compare both fights.

I'm more open to Shamrock coming back and getting packed by Zoro as well, since Sommers is fodder for him.

Nah fucking stop with that bs, Zoro overwhelming Sommers completely, and Sommers crying and screaming and then running away, makes the overall fight not only boring but also trash.

Yeah I know Sanji's situation is different than Zoro, I've already said it before that if Sanji already had CoC like Zoro or if Killingham didn't have the regen, then the fight wouldn't have lasted that long.

Sommers himself literally got a fucking power boost, even if Oda didn't want to have Zoro struggle, he could have still given Zoro and Sommers a good or decent fight.

But instead we got Sommers looking like a joke and crying and screaming the whole time, and I would have maybe forgiven all that if Sommers didn't run away like a bitch.
(I just hope Killingham won't do the same thing.)
