Controversial Unnecessary details in the storyline - discussion

After the recent incindent with a raging fan about Oda, I want to discuss all the unnecessary details in the storyline.

I think that Oda ia just creating new misteries without resolving the open ones. I can't understand it, especially when it comes to unneccesary details. As an example, there were so many details in Wano regarding that little girl, whereas almost nothing has been revealed about ryuma, shusui and the nidai kitetsu.
The kitetsu sword was used by luffy but it was never mentioned again eventough Zoro has alreay one in his arsenal. Also the gorosei has one kitetsu, too. Why it was mentioned in Wank? Why it was hyped? Hitetsu also mentioned in one panel that he is waiting for someone to handout the nidai kitetsu. Who was awaited there?
On the other hand, the shusui-ryuma thing. Zoro bad a build-up with this in thrillerbark. It was amazing to remember this in Wano, but it remained unsolved eventough it was a treasure and legend of Wano. Furthermore, zoro wanted to visit ryuma's grave. Why Oda mentioned it and never give an information?
We had so many unneccesary details about the people in Wano and got distracted by it, so we totally lost the spot about the real story and build-up.

Blackbeard's crew vs Revolutionary army? What happened? Why it happened? What is the result? Instead we learned about the life of rebecca, which is totally irrelevant for the whole plot.

Three eyes tribe vs heterocrome eyes? We didn't get anything for 3eyes tribe and yet got a new mistery for heterocrome. A detailed build-up for pudding, with no result. Probably the same will happen to gunko.

And what about Ussop? We got a detail about the soul of going merry, we got a build-up of his awakening in dresrosa, but we see nothing regarding any of these for years. But we know the details of kinemon's personal life!

Blackbeard pirate's infiltrating whole cake? Why? The outcome? Pure mystery...

The whole fishmen island - dresrosa - whole cake island - wano dragged for so long that everybody have lost years because of this. The same happens to elbaf now.

Probably the cleanest arc was the egghead arc. Less build-up, many fights and revelations.

Roger is totally irrelevant for imu? Why? He didn't even know his crewmates...

What about Toki? A person from 800 years ago and nothing revealed...
Emeth, zou, enel?

Instead we got the detail of otohime's life. Orochi's child trauma. One leg soldier's trauma, oden's childish dancing story...

Everything was much better before timeskip. After that, everything was just bad story telling!
