Sanji's character in Elbaph is the culmination of all his struggles. But also it goes to show just how talented he is. He doesnt even train. His power arc is just removing limiters from his body i.e. his genes, his trauma etc.

Plus, Sanji hits different when you have his old gen analogue introduced in the same arc too. I love how Gaban is the one to initiate Sanji's full actualisation, like he is handing him the torch.

Fair, WCI was great But the one thing about Elbaf is Sanji has no Low Points in this Arc. Theres no real criticism you can make of him in Elbaf , usually there’s 1 or 2 controversial things Oda does with Sanji in Arcs Post Timeskip but this is very clean slate honestly.
