Controversial How many chapters and Acts should Wano have been?

The length wasn't so much the issue as the D-tier story telling. Oden getting punked out and Kaido risking it all for some fruits that give people bat wings etc. Samurai in general being hyped up to be as useless as they were.
Samurai that the WG were so afraid of were a guy with a paintbrush, a transvestite and kinemon. Oda turned one of the most hyped countries into a nation of gag characters. The fact that it dragged on for so long was just icing.

It will end up 5 Acts, around 200 chapters.
Act 4 will be around 40 chapters, Act 5 around 10, IMO.
Oda had to split the arc up because the Pluton War occurring right after the Raid would have been too much fighting/would be too much Wano.
I think Wano's pacing would have been fine if Oda had committed to more lore/plot reveals.

Wano's biggest problem was it focused too much on the Beast Pirates and not enough on making the Samurai/Wano actually interesting. Arc got so focused on random animal SMILE gags it just kind of lost the plot.
Elbaph is doing a much better job actually revealing plot information rather than just teasing it.
