I believe that the Earth God’s name is the hidden name of the Magu Magu no mi currently wielded by Sakazuki and that its awakening is what will elevate him as a major antagonist beside Blackbeard and Imu who I think are the Rain(Yami Yami) and Forest(Devil’s fruit) Gods respectively.
The battle between the Sun and Earth God in the first world is what lead to the volcanic eruptions that formed the landmass known as the red line.
I believe that the Sun God won that fight but eventually was defeated by the primordial demon in a double KO.
The actual name would probably be Hito Hito no mi, mythical type, Model: Gogō which is the sound of deep rumbling ominous vibrations in Japanese manga.
