General & Others Who was hiriluk to dalton?

So I’m doing a rewatch, I haven’t watched choppers story since I was a kid, I’m sure plenty details went over my head and I didn’t pay attention to the whole thing. I’ve been ugly crying for like 10 mins def the saddest story of the characters thus far, it hits super hard.

That has nothing to do with my question though, the question is, dalton has like no relation to hiriluk, yet he’s crying as he watches him die. Why? Before that I don’t even think they had a dialogue exchange.

Because he was touched by the fact Hiriluk was relieved upon learning that doctors are fine and it was just a trap for him.

Many people love & remember Hiruluk's final moments, but imo Dalton's Reply is one of most underrated moments in entire story, the guy skipped everything that those words mean for individuals and went straight to the more important question: "Is it true for a Country?",

After that Dalton proceeds to save Chopper & tell him:
"If it's because he laughed about Hiruluk's death, I apologize!
But you will be powerless to prevent your OWN death!!
Do not sacrifice yourself...
...for this country!!!
PLEASE!!!"

And then even though He just said that, Dalton proceeds to confront Wapol, and They exchange this conversation:

Dalton: Don't you understand yet?! The only man
trying to save this ruined country has just died!!!
While everyone else gave up hope for their country and despaired...
...the kind doctor who actually tried to SAVE us from that has just died!!!

Wapol: So what if one worthless puny doctor kicked the bucket?!
If you're going to apologize to me, Dalton, you better do it now.

Dalton: I have seen the future this country needs...
...and it is DESTRUCTION.

Wapol: What?!

Dalton: How can we rebuild a country while standing on the backs of the people?!
No matter how developed our medical technology is...
No matter how long we research and experiment with medicine...
There is still no medicine that treats IDIOCY!!!

Dalton is criminally underrated Character imo, when Void Century Flashback is shown, his words will hit harder than Hiriluk's & people will understand what kind of Man He was,

So JoyBoy allowed the AK to be destroyed because it was being overrun by idiots?
Better to rebuild everything than to let them get their hands on the AWs?

I think Joy Boy was Hiriluk, not Dalton, because Ishi-20 remind me of 20 Founders, and Snowy Tale is direct reference to Laugh Tale,
Also, this means that Ancient Kingdom was covered in Laughter instead of Snow, and just like Hiriluk's Dream was to turn Snow into Sakura to oppose Death, this means Joy Boy's Dream was turn Laughter into something miraculous, which indeed fits the entire theme of Story & Luffy, not to mention that being First Pirate means He invented Jolly Roger and according to Hiriluk's Explanation, the skull represents impossibilities, and if we go to it's most basic definition, it simply represents Death, so Joy Boy wanted to turn Laughter into something that opposes Death itself (Chopper, Brook, Zoro seeing Death, how Luffy awakened, Sanji's Last Chapter, Robin's I want to live ... etc it's clear what kind of Crew are SHs).

Now for Dalton, I personally hope He is Davy D. Jones, that's why Imu was asked if He was afraid of Joy Boy or Davy?
Are you afraid of the Man who could heal the World? or the Man who planned it's Destruction? (Also, this Drum Island Flashback, suggests that it wasn't WG who planned sinking of the World, it was this Rebel Character)

Also, just like Dalton ended up the one who sit on Throne at the end, that means the one who should sit on Empty Throne is whoever Inherited Davy's True Will, and currently it's whoever Inherited Xebec's Will, and that's Loki, not Blackbeard,

I mean if Hajrudin is gonna end up ruling all Giants & uniting them, then Loki is destined for even greater Position, He is meant to rule World Government, He is basically Momonosuke of entire World.

The real question is, who is our Wapol? (Someone that all 20 CDs Fear), our Chopper? (Someone who is Embodiment of Joy Boy's Dream),
Our Kureha? (The Actual Best that Ancient Kingdom had to Offer in whatever They were Best at, which is probably Science),
