Speculations who is the left hand of Garp and who is the right hand of Dragon?

Crew Captains of the strong crews (exceptions are WB style crews)usually have strong right and left hands:
Roger had Rayleigh and Gapan
Shanks has Beckman and Lucky Rou
Buggy has Mihawk and Crocodile
Luffy has Zoro and Sanji
Kaido has King and Queen
My question theoretically Garp and Dragon should have similar figures as Subordinates
Dragon had Kuma and Iva at the beginning but Kuma is no more now and I doubt it is Sabo. Sabo is leader of the new generation just like Koby in Garp's subordinates
Garp has Only Bogard as right hand from the beginning that doesn't make sense just like his son and grandson he should have very capable people as well.
Just speculation we know that the mother of Shanks and Shamrock wanted him to save them he tried his best Shanks was saved by chance and Shamrock was taken back by his father. But some as intelligent as Dragon wouldn't be an idiot it would fit perfectly if he had contacted them and told them everything. Shanks is a pirate and is not an enemy of the revolutionary army but I cannot see Shamrock as a villain. I think he might be the real right hand of Dragon. I think Dragon know too much maybe thanks to Shamrock as Sabo told him and Iva about Imu he didn't show much of a reaction that was unexpected . If he didn't knew he would be shocked at least a little bit.
and what if Garp has a strong spy as well ? and who could it be?

Kuma Sabo <-- Dragon --> Iva
Kuzan Koby <-- Garp --> Bogard

Both Dragon and Garp's new third-in-command have agendas of their own and either act independently for the same cause (Sabo) or as double agent for the cause the boss could never accomplish on his own (Kuzan).

In Sabo's case, he is a new gen who partially replaced the previous left hand, still around in a minor capacity (Kuma), while in Kuzan's case, his willingness to go all the way undercover will have him replaced by a new gen (Koby).

If Marines were a Crew, Kong would be Captain, with Sengoku & Garp being his Right/Left Hand Men & Tsuru being his Nami,
Asking for Garp's Wings is like asking for Rayleigh's Wings now that He is not with Roger, which obviously doesn't apply,

As for Cross Guild & Revos Army,
They were Co-Founded by a Trio (Mihawk, Crocodile & Buggy for Cross Guild, while Dragon, Kuma & Ivankov for Revos),
But Strongest of them doesn't follow anyone, Mihawk doesn't obey Buggy, and Dragon doesn't obey anyone as He is Leader of Revos,
However, neither of them is Fighting to become Ruler of any Place, so that Role is Vacant for them,

Mihawk will become Right-Hand Man of Someone not Introduced yet, just like Kaidou recruited King, and Crocodile recruited Mr. 1, and Moria awakened Zombie Ryuma, and Hody hired Hyouzou ... etc We just have to wait till we see Mihawk meet Someone He looks up to (Having Religious/Cross Theme confirms that Mihawk does indeed believe in Higher Power, we just don't know who),

And we also haven't seen who Dragon will choose to rule WG after Celestial Dragons are Removed, He is currently a Wyper without Gan Fall, and Kyros without Riku, and Kin'emon without Momo, once such Character is established, Dragon will be his Right-Hand Man,

In other words, Garp, Dragon & Mihawk are Right-Hand Men themselves, They don't need one.

Right hands in a timeline:
Dragon - Iva, Kuma, Iva, Sabo
Garp - Kuzan, Bogard, Coby in the future if he makes it

The "left hand" and "wings" is so far only given to pirate King crews so far given they are elevated above all other groups so there is none (the only other one that will have its imo is Joyboy crew)

Garp: Doesn't have a left hand. Marines work in duos for most of it. Smoker-Tashigi, Koby - Helmeppo. It's only individuals like Drake who have a trio, by virtue of being Captains of a specific unit, the SWORD, which mimics having a pirate crew... with Grus and Kujaku serving as his left/right hands (or maybe Grus/Koby now).

Dragon: If by a right hand man you mean somebody equivalent of Beckman/Rayleigh/Zoro, then we likely haven't met that person yet. Aka a powerful person who is his peer. Could be between Issho and Koushiro.

Some people like to shove Ivankov as the right/left hand man due to his closeness, I view him more so as the Nami. Kuma I suppose could also have been argued at one point... but eh hard to say. The RA just fundamentally work different than any pirate crew we have. Lindberg is only 36, Bello Betty is only 34, Morley is a recent joinee, Ivankov was in Impel Down for 5+ Years before being rescued by Luffy lol, Kuma left for few years...and the Vice-Commanders of the armies are even younger than that... lol. Dragon also had 13 distinct individuals when he transformed the freedom fighters into the RA, and from those individuals we only know of 2 specifically, and 1 possible person being Karasu. So there's constant change happening with the RA, only thing that's remained consistent is Dragon being the leader, face, the one people surround themselves with.

It's also bad to assume that the RA Commanders/Sabo/Kuma are all there is to his fighting force. Just like how Ivankov would've remained in prison for 7+ years atp if Luffy hadn't gone to ID... there are going to be other powerful individuals who're aligned/partnered with Dragon that are either building up their forces in secret or just running different organizations (we saw multiple different flags at the RA rally for example) that are likely going to come when they actually go on the offense against the CD.

Dragon himself has been at this shit for like 30+ years already... so there's been fuck ton of people who have come and gone or just branched off to do different things while still being aligned with the RA.

Personally, I'd probably argue that Garp's "wings" are actually Sengoku and Tsuru. Not Bogard. Garp, Sengoku, and Tsuru all joined the Marines at around the same time. They still keep in touch. They still seem to care about each other. It's just that time took them all in different directions. But, they still seem interested in helping out Garp, once they find out he's in trouble.

Dragon is a different story, though. Because if you look at the structure of the Revolutionaries, he doesn't have "wings". In fact, Dragon seems to have modeled his organization in a VERY similar way...to Imu.
https://onepiece.fandom.com/wiki/Revolutionary_Army

Dragon's at the head of the Revolutionaries, just like Imu.

The Revolutionaries have 5 main Generals, in charge of different areas. Ivankov (Grand Line/Central Army), Karasu (North Army), Belo Betty (East Army), Morley (West Army), and Lindbergh (South Army). Just like the Gorosei, and how they all have their own unique sectors that they're overseeing.

And then there's Sabo. Who seems to hold a "special" position, in a fairly similar fashion to Gunko. Or, if you prefer, you could link Sabo to the Supreme Commander of the God's Knights, Garling or maybe Shamrock. But, I think Sabo and Gunko being parallels is more interesting and more likely. "Younger" people, who seem to get special treatment due to their special abilities. And sharing a love for fine hats.

There's also Kuma and Ginny, who both basically got abandoned for the sake of the cause. Which...may actually hint at something interesting in Imu's past. We'll have to see if Kuma and Ginny have a parallel with people in Imu's backstory that he left behind. I can't help but think about that one stick-figure from the Chapter 1138 Mural who was jumping ship, underneath the "Sea Devil" on the left side. There MAY have been a "Sixth Gorosei" at one point. A "Rokusei", if you will.

It kind of makes sense, since Dragon does have history with the Marines. So, it makes some sense that he'd copy their organizational structure for his own organization. But, it's kind of a interesting parallel, once you realize that might be what Oda's going for. Dragon might be trying to replace Imu by copying moves from Imu's own playbook.

But, just for the sake of argument, Dragon's "wings" really feels like it should include Ivankov. Ivankov is ride or die for Dragon, it feels like Ivankov has earned the "wing" status. And MAYBE his other "wing" was his wife? Whatever happened to Luffy's mom. Whether she died, or if she's still alive out there. But, Dragon's second "wing" being his wife feels like it could make sense. Maybe. Depending on her personality. I can't help but hope she's still alive out there, just to subvert our expectations with One Piece Moms all dying in flashbacks. It'd be a nice change of pace if she was still alive. And a decently strong fighter.

So....Ivankov and Luffy's Mom are my picks for Dragon's "wings". It's kind of baseless, but I like the idea.

Garp doesn’t have a left hand but I guess Bogard is his right, Tsuru may as well be Sengoku’s right hand. Dragon’s current right hand is Sabo with Ivankov being his og, someone could argue that Iva is still his right hand but Sabo is the no.2 fighter depending on how you look at things. No.2 and right hand man can be two different things or the same.
