They tried big names(van gaal, mourinho) ,guys having history with the club(skoalsjaer,carrick)..Nothing worked:willight:
United needs to rebuild the team from the ground up, and Xavi is good at that; what we are seeing from Flick now was actually laid as a foundation by Xavi.
During the Mourinho era, they were also getting results—if I’m not mistaken, they even won a European trophy.
The other coaches you mentioned aren't the right fit for United.
Admittedly, I considered Mourinho a "finished" coach before he joined United, yet he still managed to get good results; however, his ideas are no longer suited for modern football.

I doubt a rebuild is needed, glazers, ineos, barrada, and Wilcox need to fuck off

man United is doomed as it needs a change and that must start from the high up first before a rebuild

barrada: we will win the premier league in 2028. More like relegated by 2028

I have noticed this few times that when players want a manager gone they deliberately plays shit and loses game which they shouldn't.

With fall fallout between Bruno and Carrick, it's clear that Bruno holds more influence in the dressing room.

They will get Carrick sack.

Unfortunately, many still believes Carrick needs to go but many of ManU players are playing under 3 to 5 manager

Bruno helped the team more than Carrick ever did. He basically carried the team last season

No one, and i mean NO ONE knows what the hell can be done to save manu.

They tried literally everything over the last 10+ years and everything has failed.
It's the lack of stability.

You can't just keep changing couches.

Every coach is different and it'll take time for players to full adapt the system, it will take time for board to get players the coach want. It will also take time for coach to learn and adapt mistakes.

I remember Rashford said Man United is always is transition, too chaotic and unstable for players and Managers to thrive.

You need Time and Money but people too impatient.

They Hyper Pressure and constant microanalyse also didn't help.
