Killingham had the more interesting fruit but then he never used in an interesting way either, beside the ivankov troll move. The only intressting thing is the lightning spear but thats not even his own weapon

Sadly Sanji isnt afraid of turning into Germa, especially after destroying the suit. I think he pretty much clocked he wasnt gonna change into an evil weapon after it didnt happen post Queen.

His biggest hell after that was his experience on Momoiro. But I didn't expect his worst nightmare was Ivan confronting with a truth he was comfortable with grasping: the self destruxtive behavior that he hated himself and didnt care if he lived or died in fights lol.

Killingham atleast remained a major threat until the the last chapter imo.

Sommers on the other hand, lost all semblence of threat because his powers are just so counterable. Both Sanji and Zoro can get rid of his thorns with ease, which left his regen and physical strength. The only thing that can save Sommers right now is awakening.

Killingham can atleast fuse with Zaza for a last ditch resort.
