We are reading the fight with Imu for over half a year now. Who cares about the numbers of chapters/panel, it's just to long a time for Oda to repeat another fight against him. This is the same as people who tought the Wano raid would fail and we would get all the same fights again.
I really don't understand how this is a discussion, but I'm sure this wil be clear in like 20 chapters when Elbaf is done.
It don't matter how many months or years it has been in the real world that has never had effect on what Oda wants to do with his story .
If that was case OP would done by now when Oda keep on saying it only have 5 years left lmao .
Also for vol readers that read the story compare to weekly the wait and pacing is normal.
The number of chapter and panel matter way more than how much time has pass in the real world .
It why for eg Sanji and Zoro got there also most 2 chapter fight which has been thing for decades.
The raid wiil fail was stupid and very differnt from this.
Luffy has his longest fight in the manga history in that arc .
The Kaido was not nerf or possible FV or have such huge effect in world story wise and lore wise.
All the SH had fight which not happen in decade plus and list goes on and on and on .
