Regardless of whether Loki joins or not I doubt he ever gets the Jimbe treatment.
He's the same ilk of character as the wings so he will never get left behind.
Though in his case, it's actually the M3 in general that need to catch up to him :risisweat:.
Seeing how Oda's moving with Sanji though, I'm not worried :CoolPeace:
In addition to Sanji and Zoro being Nika's Shield and Sword respectively. Loki can be his chariot. Already been foreshadowed btw :CoolPeace:
I respect the commitment :jordanmf:

his form was literally on the ground not moving at all, like what else you want? he was completle cut up could not move. Imu only got his arm because Gaban had to jump to get teh brench cut which let Imu to counter it with bone eater.

Mihawk blocks it with Yoru, hardest/strongest sword for a reason
yeah we got to disagree on this cause there no way Mihawk blocking that Gaban attack with out any damage .
This OP old man tax and this look like Gaban strongest attack will 100% make sure Mihawk get hurt just matter of how badly .

Look, I'm all for Waban greatness, but an encounter which ends with one side being ultimately fine and claiming that their opponent is impressive for losing just a mere limb to an attack of theirs (not an ultimate attack or anything like that) can't get classified as embarrassing no matter how you slice it.

Doggo

Talent is something you make bloom.

They are saying that Imu was unable to move after Gabans attack, when we clearly see him lift his arm up. Gaban did wound Imu but saying he completely incapacitated him is crazy talk lmao.
You are both on extremes.
Old Gaban's showing was just the 1st taste of "Imu isn't invincible". It's an extremely common trope for these "big strong baddies" that are out of reach currently for the heroes.
Think like this:

Imu 1st appearance nuking everyone is like Tai Lung escaping the prison.
Imu vs Luffy/Loki initially, is like Tai Lung vs the Furious 5.
Imu vs Old Gaban is like Tai Lung vs Shifu, which is the fight that Tai Lung actually struggles a bit before absolutely dominating (going into his 2nd form). It is meant to show that this enemy is formidable, but not invincible.
We wont get our Tai Lung vs Po yet, because this isn't when Imu gets defeated for good, but he will be driven away, so you kinda can say we will. We have both hybrid Loki+Luffy coming back. Luffy may not care about the world's lore, but it doesn't stop the world lore from happening. Nika is a god revered in Elbaph and its been a plot point since the beginning here. the whole god of destruction/liberation dichotomy, etc.

So, the "old man" tax exists. Oda LOVES his "old gen" characters. Gaban would always have a good showing against Imu, especially because he's currently much more proficient in ACoC than Luffy, and we were told already Haoshoku Haki is the nemesis to Omen/Maki.
It's like Gaban "defeated" Gear 2nd, but Imu immediately gets up and goes gear 4th instead.

There's nothing "contradicting" itself here. It's a perfectly normal and cliche shounen battle progression against big baddie.

He aint blocking....He is slicing through it

Astounding amount of media illiteracy.
The guy that since he come here has been nerf and destroying everyone .
Taking attacks that would fuck up everyone else in the world .
Has Gaban begging luffy to run and he know the true history .
People saying empty hype dude already did more crazy shit than most villain have done and nerf.
No one else fighting Luffy , Loki and Gaban and still look fine after everything .

I agree with everything you said. Old man trope is strong but Imus portrayal remains fine.

At this rate Mihawk if oda ever plan to use him...will be ablle to show himself a the EOS and as we all know the rule..the later you show your power the stronger in the verse you are...so he will be the pinnacle of power scaling.

So when is Zoro fighting Mihawk? Zorobros got something else to worry about. What’s next before yall want him to fight Mihawk ? Unlock black blade vs shiryu or nusjaro? Luffy gotta give back that hat too so when is Shamrock gonna stop him ? Or is it gonna be a shanks fight ?
