Outside of this and the previous chapter can you show me an examples of Sanji not loving himself—as an adult
On top of my head, don’t lose yourself in nitpicking one or two examples to ignore the entire point. :

Chapter 56–59 (Baratie): Sanji willingly lets Pearl beat him to death to repay his debt to Zeff. Luffy actually calls him out for throwing his life away when Zeff sacrificed so much to save it.

Chapter 284 (Skypiea): Sanji deliberately takes Enel’s lightning attack so Nami and Usopp can escape, with no apparent plan for his own survival.

Chapter 403 (Enies Lobby): Sanji allows Kalifa to nearly kill him rather than compromise his principles. Nami explicitly questions his willingness to die over this.

Chapter 485 (Thriller Bark): Probably the most obvious example. Sanji offers his life to Kuma and tells Zoro that the crew can simply find another cook. He literally considers himself replaceable.

Chapters 844 and 856 (Whole Cake Island): Sanji sacrifices his own happiness. Even after Luffy comes to rescue him, Sanji insists he doesn’t deserve to return because he attacked his captain. Luffy has to force him to admit what he actually wants.

Chapter 1031 (Wano): Sanji questions whether Luffy would prefer a cook who’s useless against women or an emotionless soldier who can accomplish anything. He also asks Zoro to kill him if he loses his humanity.

None of these individually proves Sanji hates himself. But there’s a pretty consistent pattern of him valuing other people’s lives and dreams above his own, sometimes to the point of treating himself as disposable.

WCI is the arc where it show how little Sanji value him self to point of beating up luffy that not fighting back and breaking down .
It hard to miss lol .
the whole "i'm gonna tell you why i dont deserve to go back to the Sunny in 4 steps" and then Luffy punches him and say "fuck it"

Like....
idk man.
People think the whole arc was Big Mom screaming WEDDING CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE and decided to ignore everything else.
It's a plot around a non-luffy character that spams through 1000 chapters.
Of course it's something diluted. :kayneshrug:

People been talking about this shit for years.
https://www.reddit.com/r/OnePiece/comments/uox0vh idk what to tell you.

Baratie has this with the whole "i'm gonna die for zeff and repay my debt to him" and luffy calling him a retarded for it saying that "dying isn't how to repay it"
Like.
His intro arc already shows this tendency.

That’s not unique to Sanji, nice try

This is something I can say Oda has done, although it doesn't make this development work better.

There were plenty of people who tried to argue that his self sacrifice was what makes him worthy of CoC, lol

Sanji’s self esteem always related to being like the Vinsmokes imo, never about his worth.

Not "unique", but it's not "core" for other characters like it is to him.
Brook uses sword like Zoro, but "being a swordsman" is not something "core" to Brook's character like it is to Zoro's.
Stop with the puddle deep takes. I know for a fact you are better than that, after all, you also believe in the return of the Elven Empire to rule Thedas.
:beckmoji:

You're done lil bro:
The difference is that Sanji's Conqueror's Haki is confirmed. He's able to damage an Omen user, and the main requirement to damage one is ACoC, so it's 100% certain that he's using ACoC.

Kuzan vs. Garp? Nope. Garp's Conqueror's Haki was confirmed, even by his Vivre Card. Kuzan's, on the other hand, has never been confirmed at any point. Not to mention that Sanji and Killingham have visual effects similar to those of Garp and Kuzan. But did you forget something? Killingham isn't a Conqueror. That only adds more weight to the argument that Kuzan isn't one either. LMAO.

Overall, Pizzaru is out there right now, unable to defeat even a single Holy Knight, while Kaido could slaughter the entire group in a 10v1.

Pizzaru got power-crept.

He went from being able to at least pointlessly mutilate the Holy Knights' bodies, only for them to regenerate, to not even being able to do THAT anymore, because the Omen shield renders the attacks of Fujitora, Kuzan, Akainu, Kizaru, and Green Bull completely useless. LMAO.
