Tbf his moniker is more of a joke.
Red Leg zeff was because his leg was "red with the blood of his enemies", not because the leg itself was red.
"black leg" was because the guy tried to take a picture of him, but could only capture the "black blur of his kicks", but in reality he just forgot to take off the cover off his camera lens.

I do not agree on this, in official material and by oda his fighting style got called "black leg style" so it not a bounty gag but something oda acknowledges

Rayleighs goal was to prevent kizaru from doing his mission and for his dear life Kizaru failed to mission.

Remember when Benn Beckman tried stopping Kizaru and Kizaru ignored. He tried same against Rayleigh and Rayleigh bitch slapped him and he realized he's fucked if he doesn't give Rayleigh 100% attention.
