I think Kekaro was wrong to say he disrespected Rayleigh, he clearly respected his status and thought he shouldn't be helping the strawhats but Kizaru was also telling him that Sentomaru and the pacifista's would be able to deal with the SHP, which is probably what would have happened if it weren't for Kuma. Kizaru than has to deal with the fact that his entire plan got ruined by his "ally". Which only makes sense, since the CD's would be on his ass for letting Luffy escape, and Kuma's powers are inherently pretty frustrating if you think about trying to arrest someone and they end up on the other side of the world. It's not like we see Kizaru seething with rage when characters can fight or overpower him usually.

It just means zoro had progressed alot already in wano he doesn't need all these powerups sanji is getting now you guys always look at zoro from sanji lens. For how many arcs have people been saying zoro will achieve kokuto as a means to cheapen them undermine mihawk and his goal. Zoro will continue honing his haki defeating top tiers admirals gorosei without ever needing a black blade because only mihawk is pushing him to that level. if kokutos could be achieved so easily we would have more than two characters in the entire series with this feat. Zoro will definitely be the underdog against mihawk he is not going into that fight as his equal
To join the Kizaru vs Ray discussion, imo Ray is currently a sprinter, Kizaru is more like a marathon runner (who is also kinda lazy to run the marathon).
So, in a short fight Ray overpowers Kizaru, but if their duel was to continue and go on and on, Ray's stamina is no longer what it was in his prime, and if Kizaru manges to wear him out while surviving, he can win.
Why do I think Kizaru can fight for long? Mostly because of Akainu-Aokiji duel on Punk Hazard, it was 10 days or so, and Kizaru night be weaker, but he's still an admiral.
Also, his fights on Egghead aren't really representative imo, he's been conflicted the whole time about the thing, still followed orders to kill VP, and deeply resented WG for that. So he wasn't at his prime there imo.
