The only member of Teach’s crew who stands a chance of winning against Sanji or Zoro is Aokiji.
As for Shiryu, unless he possesses Advanced Conqueror’s Haki (AdvCoC), I don’t think he stands a chance at all—certainly not against Sanji; it’s unlikely that his Armament Haki (CoA) would be effective against Sanji’s body and defenses.
At the moment, it’s difficult for me to predict who the next opponents will be.

after how much Sanjis CoA got hyped this chapter, going through Iron garp is no joke, shiryu is a cannon . He has crazy AP. Garp should have sanji level or higher defense

Several BBPs have a good chance of showing CoC as well, especially Shiryu and Laffite.
Who will Sanji’s opponent be?
It’s clear that Sanji should be able to "one-shot" the others.
Given the history between Koby, Aokiji, and Garp, it is highly likely that Aokiji’s opponent will be Koby—or perhaps Koby fighting alongside someone else.
We also have Law, who holds a grudge against Teach for the destruction of his crew, and Katakuri, whose sister was kidnapped by Teach.
Unless Teach possesses a power similar to Imu’s, his crew members—based on what we’ve seen so far—are overrated.
It’s clear that Sanji should be able to "one-shot" the others.
Given the history between Koby, Aokiji, and Garp, it is highly likely that Aokiji’s opponent will be Koby—or perhaps Koby fighting alongside someone else.

My best bet is so far laffitte
Whike A Kuzan vs Sanji fight would be cinema, anyone who can read above 5 IQ can tell that Kuzan has his own agenda and will leave the BBP before the final confrontations even could happen.
With Laffitte, you have couple things going on:
- He was introduced with shillew together post-ts for the first time (something alot of zoro and sanji opponent share, see for example the recent example elbaf)
- He was shown as the only one Pre-ts against ace to actually dodge his attacks
- He seems to be sneaky, able to get pass by even top tiers under their CoO, and can use hypnotism, given sanjis history of opponents a perfect fit
- We still dont know his DF meaning it's probably too broken to reveal yet
- Only one of the bbp alongside kuzan that was shown not to treated like fodder (Even Shillew got called bum by garp)
