Eyebrow flip Sanji is exo/germa Sanji that much was very obvious from the narration in the chapter which I think is also an indication of where Sanji’s been at mentally. However Sanji’s sense of self was able to overcome even that this chapter hence the counter flip. Sanji was finally able to accept himself as a whole this chapter.
Absolute fucking donkeys believing the point of this chapter was Sanji to magically turn off and get rid of his genetic mutations.

It should be overwhelmingly obvious by now that ALL of the Germa buffs are permanently active.
The resolution Sanji comes to in this chapter is accepting Germa does not define his relationship with his body because his body doesn't belong to Germa.

Love is defense. So Sanji stated love is stronger than COA and it's a confirm power aside from haki, VOAT, and etc. Last time was the fist of love by Garp and people wonder is it real power or not but it is now confirmed to be one. This could change a lot of things whether power of love works the same way as COA against DF users because if it is then POL is stronger than COA.

Sanji and Zoro are such beautifully crafted characters, I wish people could see how bright they are in term of philosophical resonance.
Oda left so many narrative clues to lead us toward this revelation. I remember the two times where Sanji was overpowered by sheer strenght (Doffy and Vergo). Something repeated like that without narrative payoff could only be something deeper. Sanji was "asking" for this beatings.
Also, this might be just me extrapolating, but I think Sanji just quit smoking. Which was another clue. He filled the void, there is no need to smoke anymore.
