Yes, and for Sanji to heal meant no longer allowing the source of his trauma - Germa - to define his relationship with his body.
The dispute here is that room temp IQ morons think that this acceptance means Sanji no longer has/uses Germa, which is an illiterate take that undermines the entire point of this storyline.
Trauma happens and getting past it in a healthy way does not mean undoing what has been done, or in this case cannot be undone.

One ting ill say that that disagrees with Sanji not being in exo mode when his eyebrows are normal is the fact that he can use ifrit in that form but keep in mind that exo was only a requirement for Sanji on Wano to be able to use ifrit coz his body wasn’t strong enough to use it otherwise. Sanji being able to use it now without it could simply be an indication that his body’s gotten strong enough too without it. Keep in mind that Sanji wasn’t always able to spam Diable even prior to his gene awakening till his body got strong enough to do so. So it’s not a stretch to assume that Sanji’s base got stronger after Wano.
