If we go by that than Loki too is very nerfed. Imu wants to end this quickly, but idk how weaker he is now, if he's weaker.

They have been buffed by Imu once as a default and then have Omen and then ancestral weapons
They are also in direct line to be Gorosei one day, if they’re successful. So not a weak pool to grab from.
