I did wonder for a while if Luffy was going to need to conquer his fruit the way zoro had to conquer enma and Sanji had to conquer his germa mods Sanji's eyebrow turning to normal means he's fully in control of his emotions This arc zoro finally is in control of his haki meaning enma is no longer influencing So now it's Luffy's turn. This means that whatever Luffy does to take control back from the fruit means it will lead to a haki bloom, most likely ffs why does ctrl c ctrl v from my notes app ruin the font I also think this is the case. And just like Zoro and Sanji, it’ll come back to what Gaban said to him
