The actual comparison: offense and defense, sword and shield. Sommers used offense, but because it was so effortlessly deflected, it clearly went under the radar here

This is usually why an author makes a character struggle, to sell the threat. Zoro is the exception

My post didn't actually disclose what happened but it was deleted within five minutes because of its timing. Still, you saw. You're obviously don't have me blocked, you just avoid quoting me for the smoke. You had a Sommers pfp last year right lol

Sanji's got a good feat and now he's consistent. I just don't think it makes Killingham look stronger or Sommers weaker by comparison

A nameless kick from sanji was overpowering killingham while sommer fought acoc gaban.Sommer is a professional when it come to fightning conqueror users so his strength with omen is also far superior and not something a newbie can defeat. Omen is called the power that ballance haki. If conqueror is a 100x after mastery we can consider omen a 40x at least. Sommer with stronger omen (the stonger the person the stronger the omen) can still overpower acoc. DF> GRAM + OMEN> DD, So if sommer was 700 for fightning gaban for a time and killingham was 80 at best.

I certainly think it's difficult, and usually a mistake, to fix any numbers to One Piece. Even a mistake when Oda does it because he doesn't obligate himself to care.

But yeah, Sommers didn't run from anyone before Zoro. He knew exactly how strong two armed Gaban was and how much experience he has, but didn't run even before Omen. One can say that it's pointless because Gaban would've beaten him inevitably, but there was no existential threat. It was going to look like the same shit as all the other decades of fighting up to then
