His powers are actually vague by design early on; right now, he can basically command his own shadow and perceive his surroundings using a "shadow sense."
His attributes are a separate matter that describe his fundamental nature —often with extra perks— but it will all make much more sense as you keep reading.

Imu's second form did nothing at all and Loki's hybrid form got offscreened.
Oda really stalled for almost 20 chapters just to come up with his Monkey God Luffy vs Imu showdown right at chapter 1200.
I mean, is it "stalling" to simply "build up to it"?
In this case you could (almost) just completely scratch the last 20 chapters (or condense them to like 2 or 3 chapters) and we would be exactly where we are now.
That's just not good writing.
A anyway, enough complaining from me, I hope Oda manages to write a good arc finale now.
@John Akainu Why do you try so hard to deny that Oda doesn't truly care about powerscaling? I know you love to powerscale but that doesn't mean you can't admit that it's not what he intends for us to do.
