General & Others Are monster trio destined to be equal?

Power, wealth, fame.
If you apply Roger's achievements to the M3:
- Zoro set out to be the strongest;
- Luffy set out to be the freest man on the sea (and therefore the more notorious);
- which would leave Sanji with "wealth", which really isn't something he is known for (that's more Nami's thing) unless gaining control of Germa or discovering the All Blue had an economic side to it we're not yet aware of.

You’re right lol I’d have said it before, during, and after. Because Luffy would destroy him. I couldn’t care any less than I do about the plot or anything else because Ofa will do whatever he needs to with his characters to move the story in the direction that he wants it to go.

There is no way that you think if you put Luffy and Apoo on an island and they both wanted to kill eachother Luffy wouldn’t be the one that made it off the island.

I guess in so many words I remove all of Oda’s nonsense from my fights and look purely at what characters can do.
There's definitely a probability of resounding success vs Zoro or vs Sanji. But the reality of it is so small that I don't see why it would ever affect the story or how one sees the characters.

This dude fails to outperform them half the time at least, so I think a lot of people tend to gaslight about the ways he does. Like they point out Haki supremacy even though it's dogshit in practice

He literally outperforms the every arc by design because he’s the MC. There will likely never be an arc when he doesn’t.

I would literally just name the fights he’s had from every arc. I’d pick the strongest villains he’s fought in arcs they haven’t done anything comparable.

I name beating Kaido for instance.

My favorite part is how Kaido laments not cutting off his head before prematurely declaring victory, but then makes the exact same mistake again.

Oda could have chosen to write Luffy up instead of writing Kaido down, but didn't. Almost like his ambition and fate are more important than his capabilities. I mean not like Yamato stalled Queen until Sanji could recover right

Equal is ludicrous.

Luffy has more advanced haki across all three colours and in addition, has a god tier fruit.

Luffy could never end up equal to neither Zoro nor Sanji. If y'all haven't realised by now that this is Luffy piece then idk what to tell you.
Just say god tier fruit only atp. Oda hasnt drawn Luffy use any advanced haki since Wano, hes turned Luffy completely into a fruit merchant:suresure:

In the end the result is Luffy beat Kaido and Zoro and Sanji haven’t beat a comparable opponent. Zoro beating Mihawk EOS might not even put him about Kaido depending how strong Mihawk ends up.

Maybe not true equals but they'll all in the same ballpark. The bar for all 3 of them is monstrous. Joyboy/Nika is the current floor for Luffy with an undefined ceiling while Zoro has Ryuma/Mihawk as his floor with an undefined ceiling. Sanji will be in close proximity by proxy despite not having a true ancient or modern day parallel. Roger's and Luffy's crews are just built different.
