Rayleigh has barrier haki and showed Luffy. Yet, Luffy didn't learn at the time we even realized it was barrier haki until Wano arc.

Jesus you guys are just so idiotic. Oden already did most of the work to turn enma black you don’t just turn armament on and the blade turns black. Shanks also is implied to be one of the only people to defeat kaido 1v1 that means he has better armament then everyone in wano

ion think if you are right or not, but why would mihawk thought zoro about level 3 CoA? i mean mihawk in fact just told zolo to try hardening/ turn blade into permanent black. And if some swordsman in wano knows level 3 coa, then why WSS dunno about that? the chances are lw but i can see that happening tbh
i Think People Forget That Zoro Also Saw This Level of Haki in Sabaody When Rayleigh Used it Actually all of SHP and even Law and Kid Saw it and as far as We Know Rayleigh Never Show Penetration in His Training with Luffy and Luffy Remembered What Rayleigh Did in Sabaody.

Luffy didn't use Internal Haki with Red Roc, it was barrier Haki.
As for Mihawk, he should be a CoA specialist actually, but he does not need necessarily to have this Haki since CoA might be dividided in two "branches", hardening for defence (though it gives an increase in AP as well) and "advanced" for attack (though it can be used as defence as well).
We know that Katakuri has "lvl 2" of hardening, Rayleigh when explained Haki "divided" it in armor (defence) and that blast (for attacks) and Mihawk talked about the shame of a swordsman (which was about their swords having any small scratch = hardening so the sword won't get any).
Ofc he might have barrier and internal as well.
