I think claiming that Sanji can mid diff PO is a bit hazardous and PO himself doesn't strike like YC4 level. Of course this is my opinion

@Constantine I agree that Sanji was dominating the fight, but if he didn't take Page One out with that strike then it wasn't a low diff battle. A mid diff does sound plausible though.

Page One appears to be the weakest Tobi Roppo, he's most likely not YC 4. Top vet is probably where he is. The Tobi Roppo are the vet equivalents, and Page One is the weakest of them.

I think Sanji's feats against Page One is enough to place him at Peak Low High tier for now (assuming he could mid diff Page One). If he low diffed him, he gets placed in mid high tier.
