Rhaegar was a scholar who only later decided to become a fighter because he read some prophecy in the books. Barristan remarked on his talent yes and he won a tourney at Harrenhal but I don't see him beating any of these other people.

Maegor fans when they realize Maegor’s own Kingsguard stated that Jahaerys I had surpassed Maegor as a fighter at 17 years old. Lol

Yall put some respect on Jahaerys. Bro was a legit high Kingsguard level fighter. He slew a male Baratheon warrior in 1v1 combat and at 50+ years old defeated a 17 year old knight 1v1.

@Bullet , Like maegor , there are actually a lot of character who barely makes the cut like bronn , grey worm , Darrio , Jon Snow , Robb Stark , also Elyas Scale said even Jaeharys was strong enough to fight Maegor.

@Elder Lee Hung It was stated that Jahaerys would never be skilled enough to join the Kingsguard at all lol. According to the same source, he would be good enough to beat Maegor if he was still alive at that moment. All that was after he put himself in a rigorous training.

He never touched that "high Kingsguard level" bro lol.

@God Buggy thats not what was stated lol. It was said “you may never be a Kingsguard” as if to say he couldn’t be a Kingsguard because he would be the King. The entire context of that quote was Jahaerys’s own master of arms stating he was a better warrior than Maegor lol

Yeah when I first heard that quote I thought the same, but when I realized his MoA was calling him stronger than Maegor I had to take another look. His MoA could just be flattering him but still lol.
