@Yo Tan Wa after Udon Luffy definitely has greater COA proficiency than Zoro. Zoro's hardening might be stronger, but Luffy having stronger hardening is something I'm willing to accept.

Pre Udon, Zoro had much better COA. He had haki tendrils (on a much smaller scale than Roger and WB did but still visible) on his swords, may have been able to release Ryuo before Enma (the haki tendrils seem to be related to ryuo), and he could cut a Logia with flying slashes.

Zoro also has portrayal to have stronger COA than the likes of Shutenmaru, Kyoshiro and Prime Hyougoro (Luffy's teacher) through his feat of taming Enma within two days.

Only after Udon did Luffy's COA appear to surpass Zoro's. However, following his Enma training, his COA became even stronger (we just don't know how much).

I disagree, Zoro might have better CoA bt much better not. Luffy had gone up against stronger opponents, Doffy, Cracker n Katakuri Haki while Zoro only overcame Pica Haki.

Even with Enma we don't know how much proficiency one needs to tame it, since Oden also used to do it since young age. And using Kuina sword for years also helped Zoro taming Enma.

Even if accept it means Zoro having Better CoA haki thn Shutenmaru, Kawamatsu it still doesn't make it, better than Luffy CoA haki.
Luffy CoA haki was already good enough, hence he could learn Penetration Haki in such short time span in UDON. Plus Zoro Haki also grew stronger with Enma, yet Luffy CoA still better.

2. 100 and 20 are > 5, but they are very different. We know Zoro's haki is stronger than Pica's, we don't know how much.

The official translation didn't say this. It said that the reason Enma was familiar is because of Kuina's sword (both were made by the same swordsmith).

Nah, Kawamatsu COA > Pre Udon Luffy's. He is very proficient in ryuo which Luffy only just learned.
