They give the FA rank a 5 billion bounty reward, a rank that even Big Mom could reach, and you’re happy with that? LOL Especially when, to reach this rank, you only need to compete for position with weaklings like Kizaru and Aokiji, who have the same bounty as Kid, whom Shanks one-shotted.
