TBF, I don't think he had further forms like Frieza did. Considering frieza and his father are mutants, it's possible what we saw was his final form.

We don’t know if kold can transform—Frieza “created the forms himself”, so they are unique to him. Kolds power is just shy of Friezas as of the 96’ Daizenzhu
