As far as I'm aware, Burgess' best feat was throwing a wooden house. Alabasta Zoro threw a concrete house (that should have been even heavier).

If it's because of your opinions about growth rates, I think as the main pirate antagonists, BB's core crew have comparable growth rates to the protagonists. Besides, the 11 Supernova weren't left in the dust by SA Luffy. Law, Urouge and Drake likely weren't too far behind and Kidd wad probably stronger.
