Frieza wants to usurp the Gods, so it doesn’t really make sense that he would stop training in the time chamber unless he was confident he could take on Beerus

I don’t think Beerus has a UE form, like how Whis doesn’t have a UI form. Fully mastering UI means you can use it in your base state, so UE is probably the same

We’ve also never seen mastered UI in the manga, Goku’s silver haired form isn’t called that in the manga. Either way, Beerus definitely has both abilities to some extent

Also, in the manga Beerus legit 1v11’d the other GoDs all together (with a smoke cloud covering the arena when the fighting got serious so there’s still ambiguity of what was going on).

So a statement comparing a character to a GoD wouldn’t necessarily scale them to Beerus since he’s (way) above whatever entry level is for GoDs

I hate how much Toyo wanked Beerus against the other GoDs. Toyo has a bad habit of shitting on new characters to hype up already established characters. Hit was a total joke in the manga because Toyo wanted to excuse Vegeta’s poor performance.

17’s wish leaves open the possibility that Universes 13-18 were also brought back, and they could’ve been erased because they had evil Gods and Angels. Also, do you think Universes 1, 5, 8, and 12 will have mortals stronger than Jiren? I don’t see the out of story reason to exempt them if their mortals won’t ever be relevant
