Agree. A lot of people complain about how dumbed down Skyrim is relative to Oblivion, but I think Bethesda hit a golden area where’s it’s not dumb downed enough to bother me and also having great exploration. Fallout 4 and later I REALLY start feeling the fall off

Skyrim absolutely is a jank pos in a lot of ways but none of those ways matter as it gets most of the things it attempts correct imho.

Btw Lee have you played Oblivion? Apparently there’s a remake coming. I would strongly recommend checking that if you like Skyrim

Not as good atmosphere but there is spell crafting and the guild quests are better than Skyrim’s imo

I have already mentally moved past TES6. I played ~20-30 hours of Starfield on a disk my friend lent me… all I can say is: Yikes

I have heard the same thing about Morrowind lol. Morrowind fans scream about it and how Skyrim is inferior lol

Game mechanics like combat and stamina didn't age well at all, the setting and story were pretty unique.
