Their weakness will probably just be overwhelming Haki though, or some Ancient Kingdom nonsense. Hopefully Oda doesn't make them be regen merchants as badly as they were in Egghead though whenever they fight next, like how Admirals were Logia intangibility merchants pre-TS and then barely even use it post-TS

Every Gorosei should on paper be top 20 even without regen, but anime characters who are gifted super regen are also cursed to take needless damage so their regen can be shown off. Once a "counter" to their regen is discovered, they'll become much more durable and/or much better at evading.
As for how powerful they are w/o immortality, it’s hard to say
