ConquistadoRYeah. My squat & bench numbers went up. My energy levels have been insane, probably cuz I've been super into making sure my nutrition & sleep is consistently on point.
ConquistadoRMost of my working sets are close to failure, I make sure to push until the bar speed is insanely slowed. And i'm mostly completely out of breath after a set.
Fatigue has become a thing though, ive been feeling discomfort in my shoulder, knees and lower back. Would you suggest going down from a 6 day PPL to 4 day PPL & arms?
