I won’t lie, Cin, today has been pretty rough...outside of the unrest in America (and the disgusting police brutality in response to the same), my job is transitioning me into a role I don’t want, and my girlfriend’s family is gonna have to put their dog down. If not for the early spoilers, I might chalk this day up to a complete waste. Hopefully things are better in your corner of the world? How you feeling?

I wouldn't say I'm good, but I have removed my greatest source of work anxiety, so stress is down.
My sleep is still turbo fucked, and my feeding is out of whack. I'm stable, but still hoping I muster the willpower to fix my unhealthy habits.
