I would be surprised if it wasn't possible in some way, I mean the banner changes with the themes, so it should logically be possible. But then again, I guess there may be a reason why we don't have this feature here

Maybe it'd make the server lag or something? I'm no technological expert by any means, but I do recall stuff like TAC simply messing with the threads a little leading to problems with the forum iirc.
So if my memory is correct and that did happen, then maybe adding banners would also lead to problems with the forum's performance.
