Yeah I mentioned this in another thread, but the fact that Fujitora wasn’t punished shows that admirals are extremely valuable to the WG. I would say at a bare minimum it implies they’re not notably weaker than the Gorosei (this also checks out with Egghead portrayal - without regen there’s no way you conclude Kizaru isn’t stronger than Saturn on feats)

Portrayal of the overall WG strength hierarchy is pretty obviously:
1. Imu
2. Garling/Akainu
3. Gorosei/Admirals/Shamrock
4. Rest of the Holy Roppo

And they don’t really treat the Gorosei well either, Akainu has yelled at them and Kizaru literally talked to Saturn like a child when he ordered him to ignore Sentomaru

There’s no significant evidence of a gap between the admirals and Gorosei outside of their regen, if anything Saturn’s feats heavily suggest he’d be way below Kizaru without it

They said Shamrock isn't fit to serve in politics and some didnt look at him. They also told Garling to know his place
