BlackbeardJust finished my second playthrough of the base game + DLC.
I will have to do it in a reply soon lol.
BlackbeardMy 2nd playthrough I decided to solo all remembrance bosses without summons, ashes, magic, bleed buildup or consumeables. Basically just poise breaking everything with the Nightrider Glaive like a true Qin General.
BlackbeardFinished at level 176, full Scadu blessing. Last boss Consort Radahn, roughly 15 attempts. I will share the footage later. I never solo’d pre-nerf Radahn btw. Surprisingly, current Consort Radahn is actually pretty fair and fun to fight.
BlackbeardSo, Speaking from the perspective of my build, a.k.a just a stick that hits thrice for a critical hit; this is my list going by boss moveset fairness In accordance with the level you should be at while fighting them.
*Side note: I did swap whetblades for most bosses to adjust to their weakness damage type, normal weapons are way more fun than Somber garbage lol.
BlackbeardGigachads:
Consort Radahn
Bayle (awful cam mechanics but his moveset saved him)
Midra
Maliketh
Godfrey
I've yet to fight post nerf Consort at all, I only beat him via changing my build and spirit ash the first time, but I really want to have a proper rematch.
I also want to fight Rellana with a weapon that isn't Moonveil. Those two, and Malenia were the only ones I used spirit ashes for that weren't cancerous duo bosses
1. Bayle.
2. Messmer.
3. Godfrey(best boss of the base game)
4. Mohg.
5. Midra
i like a lot of them. I feel like Godrick is super underrated, also wish Romina was more difficult.
BlackbeardI believe every boss has aspects that can be likeable to someone, with the exception of the Dragons that you can't lock on their legs. Fuck these incels in particular.
Bayle gets a pass because his moveset and atmosphere is pure Cinema. You're scaling these mountains as if you're on your way to slay Sauron himself. With actual in game boss Dragons being random filthy ass minions on your way lol. Massive flex.
BlackbeardPre-nerf Radahn with old pre-buff scadu fragments was the hardest shit I ever experienced in gaming history in general. His combos were fast flowing into each other near instantaneously that you might as well spend an entire 30 seconds rolling.
His combos are significantly more punishable now.
Current phase 1 is a joke. Current phase 2 still is fairly difficult but not even remotely close to pre-nerf.
