theory by @jinz on Uta and Gunko? That is relevant to what we are talking about too somewhat! Gunko has a steampunk type outfit too! Brook was summoned as the devil by mistake by that long arm long leg whatever cult tribe, similar to what the gorosei and holy knights use and Brooks music is said to manipulate and strike the soul! Music was used to summon and I think also seal the demon king of music in Film Red?

Uta had her own reality/dimension she manipulated with her powers, like a dream reality with a music theme, she was God in this reality and then when you factor in that One Piece well Imu especially is inspired by the story Where The Wild Things Are too, things get really interesting.
