If Kuzan has awakening it will prove he is > Prime Garp btw. He basically would be Garp with an awakened logia, no way is Garp competing with that.

Logia awakening is gonna be insane if it's a thing, since Oda is still hiding it. Especially since the characters who have it also have elite haki anyway. There's just very little shot Akainu will be weaker than prime Garp, and then we will we know how Kuzan was able to fight him for 10 days, he himself would be > the top tier marines of the old gen.

Wouldn’t Sengoku having a Mythical Zoan Awakening + top tier Haki make him even > the modern Admirals since Mythical Zoans > Logias?

Nah mythical zoan is what makes Sengoku weaker than the logias. It's not as good as a fruit.
