The fact that Doflamingo has a monster like Vergo underneath him speaks volumes about Mingo. Now that I think about it, both Pica and Vergo were created to be unbeatable, even Warlord lvl characters would struggle with them. With Pica it is through his df, since Vergo didn't have a df Oda made him into a pure fighting machine. Those Pica memes existed for a reason, and time has told us Vergo's feats aged incredibly

Pica is nearly untouchable for those without massive DC, and Vergo was just eating everything in gauntlet fashion so Oda had him fall to hax instead. Even Yonkou struggle to generate underlings this broken, it's crazy to me that Doflamingo has 2 guys who would give even other Warlords hell. Heck forget Pica, even Pica's underling Gladius, was an absolute menace. He was shitting on Bartolomeo and Cavendish in a 2v1.
