1) Quincy powers -- This is most likely one of his weakest source of power given he has no contract with Yhwach which gave quincy their unique abilities.
To make matters worse before making the blood contract with yhwach , uryu was weaker than quilge. So making blood contracts also increases quincy's soul powers.

Ichigo neither has any training nor has made any contract , does not have quincy gloves for Vollständig nor he has any special abilities. He mainly gets blut vene as defensive ability. His quincy powers should be comparable to uryu as he was when he first met ichigo. So other than giving him defense , it shouldn't matter much.
