Ichigo neither has any training nor has made any contract , does not have quincy gloves for Vollständig nor he has any special abilities. He mainly gets blut vene as defensive ability. His quincy powers should be comparable to uryu as he was when he first met ichigo. So other than giving him defense , it shouldn't matter much.

2) Hollow powers -- We got confirmation that white is also nothing special in recent Q&A from kubo. Isshin with his limiter turned on was holding his own in base against white. Captain level with their bankai should handily beat white on his own.

To make matters worse before making the blood contract with yhwach , uryu was weaker than quilge. So making blood contracts also increases quincy's soul powers.
