Everdark bosses are also resistant to buildup of their status effect weakness?
I'm still at Caligo and only have final boss left after, didn't try an everdark yet.

No, there’s just less direct utility.
For example with Adel you can inflict poison for 50 damage per second but you won’t stagger him or make him throw up like in the base fight. With Fulghor he just doesn’t even do the attack that lightning knocks him out of.
For Libra it’s tough to imagine what it’ll do in phase 3 since having madness proc at all was unique to begin with
